Regular exercise helps improve blood circulation which would improve the flow of nutrients and oxygen around the body it can also strengthen your heart reducing the chances of coronary problems like heart attacks or high blood pressure.

Simple aerobic exercises like walking, jogging, cycling etc which are done outdoors are also very vital for a healthy life. Next time you're about to take the bus to a nearby saloon consider taking a walk.

3. Healthy Diet;

The phrase; 'We are what we consume' is very apt when it comes to what we eat. Food provides nutrients for the body, and the type of food we eat as well as the time we eat is very important, adopting a healthy diet would help to build a healthy home.
